St. Philip the Apostle Parish

A PARISH OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF GREEN BAY

St. Vincent de Paul

The St. Vincent de Paul Society is a volunteer organization to whom "No Act of Charity is Foreign" providing emergency assistance such as rent, utility, clothing, household items, medical, food and referrals to other agencies when appropriate. Families and individuals who find themselves in difficult situations contact the Society for emergency assistance.

St. Philip Parish has a team of St. Vincent de Paul representatives who actually make home visits when a call comes through from someone within our parish boundaries in need of assistance. We visit the home and assess the needs and offer assistance through various channels.

St. Philip also has a group of volunteers who sort donations/merchandise that comes in through the St. Vincent de Paul store. They work every Wednesday morning from 8-12 and can always use more help. We also have volunteers who work in the store checking out merchandise.

If you know of anyone who is in dire need of assistance, have them call the St. Vincent de Paul Office at
(920) 435-4040. If you are interested in participating in any of the areas listed above, please call the Parish Office (920-468-7848) for more information.

St. Vincent de Paul also offers scholarships to NWTC. If interested, call our parish number.
