Prayers to Learn
By Grade Level
Help your children to continue to learn their prayers. Don't worry if you don't have a whole lot of time or a home altar. Props can be useful, but are not required. Simply have your children find a quiet space and begin practicing the prayers they've yet to learn. Accompany them as much as possible. Children will be evaluated periodically so we can ensure that they are learning their prayers. Therefore, please encourage them to practice their prayers as a family or by themselves on a daily basis. The purpose of prayer is to make time to speak to God, to establish and strengthen that relationship.
