Knights of Columbus

Founded in 1882, the Knights of Columbus (Caballeros de Colón) is an international fraternal organization of Catholic men who, along with their families, support charitable activities in their parish and community while growing in their faith. Often known as the “strong right arm of the church,” Knights of Columbus councils provide vast amounts of manpower and financial resources to their parishes and the broader world.

 

Two councils are connected with St Philip the Apostle Parish:

  • St. Francis Xavier Council 17348 is comprised primary of Hispanic members from St. Philip and St. Willebrord Parishes.
  • Msgr. Basche Council 4505 is comprised primarily of English-speaking members of St. Philip, St. Mary of the Angels, St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, and St. John the Evangelist Parishes. Click on this link to visit the Council 4505 website: www.council4505.org
