Helping Hands Program

As you walk into the back of Church you most definitely notice a large wooden bin with a sign that reads: Make Helping Hands - A way of Life. This saying connects with our Stewardship theme all through the Diocese of "Stewardship - A Way of Life" ... and the people of St Philip have been connecting with those in need for many years. Nonperishable food items are collected on a weekly basis and taken over to the on-site pantry at St Bernard or Paul's Pantry.

This ministry is a wonderful way for us to reach out to others in need ... as "Need has no season". We encourage you to reach into your pantry each time you come to church and drop a can of food into the bin that will reach the St Bernard pantry ...
